  • Both parties agree to use reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards for protected health information and to report suspected privacy or security incidents through the designated compliance contacts.

  • The practice will assign named users only, keep credentials confidential, remove access promptly when workforce members leave or change roles, and notify Meduvo Health of suspected account compromise.
  • Meduvo Health will maintain access controls, audit logging, encryption where appropriate, backup practices, and monitoring processes designed to protect tenant data.
  • Both parties will cooperate on security investigations, corrective actions, and reasonable evidence requests connected to platform use or protected health information.
